Terms of Service

1. 1.Our service#

   itsme. lets you create a public profile page that gathers your links, content and media in one place. The service is currently free. In the future we may introduce paid plans or add, change or remove features. We will give reasonable advance notice and will never charge you without your agreement.

2. 2.Your account#

   • You must be at least 18 years old
   • Provide accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for all activity on your account
   • One person should have one account. Do not create accounts in bulk by automated means, or buy or sell accounts or usernames
   • If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, tell us right away

3. 3.Usernames#

   Your username is your page address (itsme.media/username). It is a right to use, not ownership. Some names are reserved for the system, and we may reclaim or change a username that:

   • Impersonates another person, brand or organisation, or falsely suggests a connection with itsme.
   • Infringes a trademark or other rights of others
   • Is offensive or hateful, or is held unused in order to sell it

   When an account is deleted, its username becomes available to others.

4. 4.Your content#

   Content you add or upload remains yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, copy, resize or convert, and display that content as needed to provide the service and show your profile. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account (except for backup copies awaiting deletion).

   You confirm that you have the rights to the content you use, such as images, videos, music and logos, and that it does not break the law or infringe anyone's rights.

5. 5.Acceptable use and content policy#

   You may not use itsme. to publish, link to or promote:

   • Content or activities that are illegal under Thai law or other applicable law
   • Phishing, pages that trick people into entering passwords or financial details, malware or harmful links
   • Scams, pyramid schemes, investments promising unrealistic returns, or the sale of illegal goods or services
   • Online gambling or betting sites where gambling is not permitted by law, including Thailand
   • Sexual content involving minors in any form (we remove it immediately and report it to the authorities)
   • Explicit sexual content without age-gating, or intimate images of others shared without consent
   • Harassment, threats, bullying, hate, or sharing other people's personal data without permission
   • Impersonation of another person or organisation
   • Infringement of copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property
   • Spam, click fraud, or using links to evade other platforms' detection

   You may not disrupt or attack the service, for example by trying to access other people's accounts, scraping data in bulk, or sending abnormal volumes of requests.

6. 6.What we may do#

   If we find or are told about a breach of these terms, we may remove or hide content, disable links, suspend an account temporarily, or delete it, depending on how serious the case is. We will usually tell you why, except in severe cases or where the law forbids it. If you believe we made a mistake, you can appeal by email.

7. 7.Reporting content and complaints#

   To report content that breaks these terms or infringes your copyright or other rights, email bebetter.th.official@gmail.com and include:

   • The link to the profile or content concerned
   • Why you are reporting it, with evidence if you have any
   • For copyright claims: the work being infringed, and confirmation that you own the rights or are authorised to act for the owner
   • How we can contact you

   We will review reports and act within a reasonable time, prioritising seriously harmful content.

8. 8.Our intellectual property#

   The itsme. name, logo, the Dot mascot, design and the software behind the service belong to Bebetter. You may not use them in a way that suggests our endorsement without written permission, except for the "made with itsme." badge the system shows on your profile.

9. 9.Third-party links and services#

   Profiles may contain links or embedded content from other services such as YouTube and Spotify. We do not control and are not responsible for those services; their own terms apply.

10. 10.Disclaimer and limitation of liability#

    The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will never be lost. Please keep your own copies of important files.

    To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or special damages, or for loss of profits, data or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the service, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event (which is zero if you use the free service). This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

    You are responsible for damage or third-party claims arising from your content or your breach of these terms.

11. 11.Ending the service#

    You can delete your account at any time under Settings → Delete account. This deletes your profile page, links, widgets, uploaded files and statistics, and cannot be undone. We may end an account as described under "What we may do", or discontinue the whole service, in which case we will give at least 30 days' notice (except in cases of force majeure).

12. 12.Changes to these terms#

    We may update these terms and will show the effective date at the top. Significant changes, such as introducing charges, will be announced at least 30 days in advance on the website or by email. If you keep using the service after the new terms take effect, you accept them; if you do not, you can delete your account.

13. 13.Governing law#

    These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. If the Thai and English versions conflict, the Thai version prevails.
